COVID-19 Information
Counsellors and psychotherapists are considered part of Social Care, which is an essential service when Government and NPHET protocols and guidance on social distancing are followed.
Dundrum Counselling & Therapy Centre reopened for face to face counselling/psychotherapy on Monday 8th June. This was to facillitate clients for whom online and telephone options are not safe, practical or effective.
At DCTC, we have taken every possible precaution to ensure the continued operation of the centre and more importantly, your safety.
Online or telephone consultations
While we at DCTC believe that face to face therapy offers the richest experience in terms of depth of connection and exploration, we recognise that this is not possible for some clients during this pandemic. We also recognise that some clients may not be able to attend in person due to ill health or mobility issues. To these clients, we are happy to offer online and telephone consultations. Please note, online sessions are not available for children.
