Caroline is a fully accredited Psychotherapist with also many years of experience working in the fields of Education and Personal development.Caroline Trained with the Tivoli Institute in Dun Laoghaire, a long-established course with over 25 years’ experience of training Psychotherapists. She has worked with many different groups of people over the years and also in her work as a psychotherapist with issues of bereavement and loss, abuse, life transitions, anxiety and stress, relationship problems, issues of self-esteem and
social anxiety.

Caroline has always had an interest in emotional/psychological wellbeing and is ever curious about the dynamics at work in us and how that affects our sense of wellbeing and relationships. Very often patterns and behaviors are set down in the early years that often influence our relating in adult years.

At different times in one’s life, a person can find oneself in crisis or in a time of transition and the ability to cope and understand what is happening can be very challenging. In the psychotherapy relationship a person can be supported to greater understanding and self-awareness. The experience of being skillfully supported, listened too and challenged to uncover what’s unseen and unknown can be a profoundly healing and transformative experience.
