Dundrum Therapy and Counselling Centre

Over the years we have been delighted to be able to extend our services, so that we now provide a full range of “talk therapies” to adults, teenagers, children, couples and families. We are also glad to be able to offer Specialist Fertility Counselling as this addresses issues which have been a source of much distress and challenge for individuals and couples in recent decades.

We believe that offering a range of holistic, energy and body-focused therapies is an important part of our service. These treatments have value as independent healing modalities: we recognise that “talk therapy” is not for everyone. They also function as complementary support for clients attending for psychotherapy/counselling.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy allows individuals to deeply explore their past experiences and childhood relationships. Psychotherapy can assist in making sense of unconscious communications.

Counselling

In counselling, clients are helped to overcome current issues which may be preventing them enjoying or engaging with life.

Adolescent psychotherapy

Professional counselling and psychotherapeutic services to adolescents between the ages of 12 – 18. It is not easy to navigate our way through the turbulent years of growing up.
