A Journey Toward Wholeness
It is Kieran’s opinion that this life is a continuous process of flux and change. At times this may feel both challenging and frightening, at other times we may find ourselves stuck and unable to move forward either in our relationships or any other aspect of our life’s journey. Kieran believes that no two people are the same and that it is you the client who holds the answers to the challenges which arise in your unique life. It is his belief that empathic, gentle acceptance gives us permission to re-engage with our authentic self allowing us to live a more wholesome, happier, and expansive life. It is a privilege for him to accompany you on this journey of self discovery.
Kieran has experience working with many issues including Trauma, addiction, domestic abuse, bereavement, anger issues, relationship difficulties, sexual abuse, anxiety, self esteem, depression, and general counselling.
